RD Store (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Keep Notes.
1. Information We Collect
Keep Notes is designed to store your notes primarily on your device.
The app allows you to create and manage:
- Text notes
- Checklists
- Voice notes
- Photos and images
- Drawings
- Folders and note organization
- Reminders and pinned notes
Your note content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to use a backup, restore, sharing, or other feature that requires the data to be transferred.
2. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Camera – To capture photos for notes.
- Microphone – To record voice notes.
- Photos/Media – To attach images to notes.
- Storage/File access – To save, export, or restore files where required.
- Notifications – To display reminders, if enabled.
These permissions are used only to provide the corresponding app features.
3. Local Data Storage
Your notes and related content are primarily stored locally on your device.
RD STORE does not operate a server that automatically uploads or synchronizes your notes.
Keep Notes does not automatically sync your notes between devices.
4. Google Drive Backup & Restore
Keep Notes provides an optional manual Google Drive Backup & Restore feature.
If you choose to use this feature, you may sign in with your Google account and manually back up your notes to your own Google Drive account.
The backup may contain information and content created by you in Keep Notes, such as:
- Text notes
- Checklists
- Voice notes
- Images and photos
- Drawings
- Folders and related note information
You can use the same Google account on another device and manually restore your previously created backup.
Keep Notes does not provide automatic synchronization between devices. Backup and restore are initiated manually by the user.
Your backup is stored in your Google Drive account and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices. Google states that files uploaded to Drive are stored securely and encrypted in transit and at rest.
Keep Notes does not sell your Google account information or your backed-up note content.
5. Google Advertising / AdMob
Keep Notes may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
Google’s advertising services may collect and process certain information, such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app usage information, and other information required for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes, depending on the configuration of the advertising SDK and the user’s settings. Google’s Mobile Ads documentation states that its SDK can collect Android advertising ID, App Set ID and other applicable identifiers.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable settings, consent requirements, and Google’s advertising policies.
Google may use information collected through its advertising services to provide, measure, and improve advertising. Users can manage certain advertising and privacy controls through their Google Account and Android device settings.

6. Sharing
Keep Notes does not sell your notes or personal information.
If you choose to use the app’s sharing features, such as Share as Text or Share as Image, the content you select is sent to the third-party application you choose, such as WhatsApp, Gmail, or another compatible application.
Similarly, when you manually create a Google Drive backup, the selected backup data is transferred to your Google Drive account.
These transfers are initiated by you.
7. Third-Party Services
Keep Notes may use third-party services, including:
- Google Drive – For optional manual backup and restore.
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob – For displaying advertisements.
- Google Play Services – For certain app functionality.
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app.
Your locally stored notes are protected by the security of your device. If you use Google Drive Backup & Restore, your backup is stored in your Google Drive account and protected by Google’s security systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Google account, including using appropriate screen locks and account security measures.
9. Children’s Privacy
Keep Notes is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored notes remain on your device until you edit or delete them.
Deleted notes may remain in the app’s Trash feature for the period provided by the app before permanent deletion.
Google Drive backups remain in your Google Drive account until you delete them or otherwise manage them through your Google account.
Advertising-related information may be retained by Google according to Google’s applicable policies and retention practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
